Hi Shannon,

Tubal reversal surgery at Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center is an affordable outpatient procedure. The reduced fee for surgery (which means that the full amount is due within 24 hours of scheduling) is $5400 for Dr. Monteith and $5900 for Dr. Berger. We also offer the option of starting a PPA (Pre-Payment Account), which enables you to pre-pay the surgical fee in installments prior to scheduling your tubal reversal. We do not accept or process insurance, so if your insurance carrier will cover part or all of the cost of the surgery, please make sure they send the reimbursement check directly to you. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance company to see if they cover the tubal reversal. I also sent you an email with this information, so please let me know if you have any additional questions!

I am interested in having this surgery done but my only concern is the cost. I have insurance but I don't know if it would cover some of the cost. How much does this usually cost?
